Sanghi temple is one of the popular temples situated amazingly on the hillock called Paramananda Giri. The temple is about 35km from the Hyderabad city and resides at Sanghi Nagar in Telangana. One of the main reasons why the temple is worth visiting is its Chola-Chalukya way of architecture. Sanghi Temple Timings – Telangana

First of all, there’s no entrance fee to visit the Sanghi Temple. The temple opens at 5 in the morning daily for the archanas to be offered to the Lord from 6:00 am to 8:00 am. Then, the devotees are allowed for general darshan from 8:30 am to 10:30 am in the morning and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the evening. From 12:00 am to 4:00 pm, the temple remains closed and then after 8:00 pm.

Weekly Abhishekhams at the Sanghi Temple is done for:

Monday: Ramalingeswara Swamy

Tuesday: Sri Hanuman, Sri Kartikeya

Wednesday: Sri Ganesh, Sri Radhakrishna

Thursday: Sri Padmawati, Asthalakshmi

Friday: Sri Balaji, Sri Durga, Sri Kamalambika

Saturday: Sri Rama, Navagraha

Kumkum archana is performed daily and the Abhishekham is done for Sri Kamalambika

How to reach Sanghi Temple?

Approaching the Sanghi Temple is a breeze no matter which mode of transportation you take.

  • The nearest railway station is Secunderabad, which is 34km away.
  • The nearest bus station is Sanghinagar, which is just 1km away.
  • The nearest airport is the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, which is 38km away.

To remember: If you ever plan to visit the Sanghi temple, try not to miss the night view of the temple when it is lighted with beautiful lights. Also, the best time to visit the temple is during the time of some festivals like Shivratri, Dussera, Hanuman Jayanthi, Sri Ram Navami, Krishnashtami, and Vinayaka Chaturthi because the occasions are celebrated with great devotion and warmth.
